Internal Job Entry - Job Card

Use this option to print a job card for an internal job so the employee performing the job can record details such as the hours spent and materials used.

 

Technical Tip

If you have the Micronet Plant Maintenance (MPM) module installed as part of MJC, you can assign employees to jobs using the MPM Job Scheduler. For more information, refer to "Plant + Maintenance - Schedule Job Cards".

  1. Display the Internal Job Entry screen.

Refer to "Managing Internal Jobs".

 

Technical Tip

You can change the order in which the job lines are printed by selecting an option under the SORT menu - refer to "Internal Job Entry - Sort".

  1. Select JOB CARD.

Micronet displays the Select Output Device screen.

  1. Select whether you want the job card displayed on screen, printed, saved to a specific type of file, faxed, or emailed in a specific format.

You can customise the layout of the job card using the Micronet Report Generator - refer to "Reports - Report Generator".

When you have finished viewing or printing the job card, Micronet redisplays the Internal Job Entry screen.
